JKAS officers express gratitude to LG Kavinder Gupta for elevation of Moses Kunzang as Administrative Secretary.
Leh, Nov 12: A delegation of JKAS officers heading various departments called on the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta, to convey their gratitude and warm felicitations on the elevation of Shri Moses Kunzang to the position of Administrative Secretary in the UT Ladakh Administration.
Shri Moses Kunzang, a senior JKAS officer of the 1999 batch, has been serving as Director, Housing and Urban Development Department, UT Ladakh. As per an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), he has now been entrusted with the charge of Administrative Secretary, Department of Youth Services and Sports.
The visiting officers lauded the Lt Governor’s leadership and his instrumental role in ensuring due recognition of Shri Moses Kunzang’s exemplary service and commitment.
Congratulating Shri Moses on his new assignment, the Lt Governor commended his professionalism, integrity, and over two decades of dedicated service to Ladakh. He expressed confidence that Shri Moses will continue to uphold the highest standards of public service and contribute meaningfully to the growth, development, and welfare of the people of Ladakh.
