Leh, 24 December 2025 – Seven NCC Cadets from Eliezer Joldan Memorial (EJM) College Chosen for Republic Day Camp (RDC) 2026.
Leh, 24 December 2025 – Eliezer Joldan Memorial (EJM) College, Leh, has set a new benchmark as seven NCC cadets from its unit, in association with 1 Ladakh Battalion NCC, have been selected for the prestigious Republic Day Camp (RDC) 2026 in New Delhi. This makes EJM College the only institution from Ladakh with such a large representation at the national level.
Among the selected cadets, four will participate in Cultural Events while three will take part in Drill competitions, showcasing the versatility and talent of the college’s NCC unit.
The distinguished cadets are: Cadet Tsering Lhandol (3rd Semester), CQMH Sonam Dolker (3rd Semester), Cadet Dechan Youtso (1st Semester), Cadet Dawa Dolkar (1st Semester), Cadet Rigzin Angmo (3rd Semester), Cadet Lozes Dolma (1st Semester), and Cadet Konchok Namgail (5th Semester).
Principal Prof. Stanzin Yangdol, along with ANOs Lt Dr. Ujwala Koche and Lt Dr. Tsering Spalzom, congratulated the cadets for their hard work, dedication, and discipline, calling this achievement a moment of pride for EJM College and the Union Territory of Ladakh.
This historic selection highlights the growing prominence of Ladakh’s youth in national-level NCC events, reflecting the college’s commitment to holistic development, discipline, and leadership.
