Leh, December 31: The Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta, has extended warm greetings to the people of the Union Territory on the eve of the New Year 2026.
In his message, the Lieutenant Governor said, “On the joyous occasion of the New Year, I convey my heartfelt greetings and best wishes to all the people of Ladakh. The arrival of the New Year renews our hopes, strengthens our resolve and opens new avenues of opportunities for growth and progress.”
