Message of Atmanirbhar Bharat Highlighted at Women’s Conference in Pargwal.
Akhnoor: The BJP Mahila Morcha on Wednesday organised a Women’s Conference under the Atmanirbhar Bharat campaign at village Gudha Manhasa. The programme aimed to spread the message of self-reliance and women empowerment.
On the occasion, Radha Devi was formally appointed as Mandal President of BJP Mahila Morcha, Pargwal. A special programme was organised to mark her appointment, which was attended by a large number of BJP women workers and local residents.
Addressing the conference, State President Neha Mahajan said that women play a crucial role in the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. She highlighted that through various schemes of the Central Government, women are today moving ahead in the fields of self-employment, entrepreneurship and social leadership. She urged women to take maximum benefit of these schemes and become economically self-reliant.
District President Rajni Sharma said that BJP Mahila Morcha is continuously working at the grassroots level to create awareness among women and make them self-dependent. She added that such conferences serve as a strong platform to boost confidence among women and unite them for collective growth.
A large number of women participated in the conference, where detailed discussions were held on schemes related to Atmanirbhar Bharat, women empowerment and social participation. The programme concluded with a pledge by women to play an active role in society and nation-building.
The event was organised under the supervision of BJP Mahila Morcha Mandal President Radha Devi.
