Mimings Si Rjabstogs Campaign to Strengthen Public Outreach and Welfare Initiatives Held at Digger, Nubra

Nubra, Nov 13, 2025:As part of the ongoing Mimings Si Rjabstogs Campaign aimed at strengthening public outreach and ensuring the effective implementation of welfare initiatives, an outreach camp was organised today at Digger, Nubra.
Tehsildar Diskit, Tufail Iqbal, interacted with the villagers and highlighted the objectives and benefits of various government schemes. He encouraged the residents to actively participate and take advantage of the welfare measures and services being extended by the administration.
Around 17 departments participated in the camp, which witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large number of local residents. Officials from different departments provided on the spot services, shared information about government programmes and conducted awareness sessions to help people benefit from various schemes.
During the camp, 16 Resident Certificates, 2 Scheduled Tribe Certificates, 2 Domicile Certificates, 1 Income Certificate, 6 Mutation Inheritance Entries, and 1 Revenue Extract were issued on the spot. Additionally, 30 ABHA IDs, 10 Golden Cards, and 26 Aadhaar Updation Services were facilitated for beneficiaries.
Various social welfare schemes, including Old Age Pension, were extended to eligible residents. The Sheep Husbandry Department provided medicines and conducted treatment for 5 cases, while the Animal Husbandry Department distributed 91 bags of cattle feed, sanctioned 2 KCC loans, and processed 2 wildlife compensation cases.
The Agriculture Department issued 5 PM Kisan forms and 2 KCC forms, besides identifying 3 Ladakh Greenhouses for beneficiaries from Khema, Khungru and Digger villages. Other departments also addressed various issues raised by the public during the camp.
The camp concluded successfully with active participation from the local residents, reaffirming the administration’s commitment to ensuring last mile delivery of government services under the Mimings Si Rjabstogs Campaign.
