National Legal Services Authority and the directions of the Ladakh Legal Services Authority inaugurated the 4th National Lok Adalat.

Under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority and the directions of the Ladakh Legal Services Authority, the Hon’ble Shri Yash Paul Sharma, Member Secretary, Ladakh Legal Services Authority (LLSA), inaugurated the 4th National Lok Adalat on 13.12.2025 at the District Court Complex, Leh
In this regard, DLSA Leh organized 4th National Lok Adalat at District Court Complex Leh and Munsif Courts Nobra and Khaltsi respectively. Total which 06 Benches were constituted viz. Bench No. 1 comprising of Ms. Spalzes Angmo, Pr. District & Sessions Judge Leh and Advocate Nema Stanzin. Bench No. 2 comprising of Smt Phuntsog Angmo, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Leh and Advocate Kunzang Chorol. Bench No. 3 comprising Shri. Wangail Tsering, Special Mobile Magistrate, Leh and Advocate Siddhart Nurboo. Bench No. 4 comprising Assistant Commissioner Revenue Leh and Tehsildar, Leh. Bench No.5 at Khaltsi comprising of Ms. Deldan Angmo, Munsiff Khaltsi and Abdul Samad, Naib Tehsildar Skurbuchan. Bench No.06 at Nobra comprising of, Ms Deldan Angmo, Munsiff Nobra and Advocate.
In the said National Lok Adalat cases pertaining to Bank Cases, Recovery matters, Matrimonial Cases, Criminal Compoundable Cases, Civil Case, Labour disputes etc. were taken up and disposed of. Total of 391 cases were taken up out of which 308 cases were disposed of. Total settlement amount was Rs. 1,40,84,733/- (Rupees: One Crore Fourty Lakh Eighty-four thousand seven hundred Thirty-Three only/-).
