Leh, Nov 28, 2023: Indian Constitution Day was celebrated at the Block Development Office, Leh on November 26.
All the stakeholders of the Block Development Council, Leh participated in the constitution day celebration. The participants took a pledge reaffirming their faith in the values of the preamble of the Constitution.
BDC Leh, Dr. Skalzang Dorjey administered the oath to the participants by reading out the preamble.
Block Development Officer (BDO) Leh, Tsering Wangchuk also explained to the participants that every Indian must abide by the values enshrined in it.
