    NYK Leh organises program under ‘Meri Maati Mera Desh’ campaign at Ranbirpur.

    Leh, August 11: Nehru Yuva Kendra Leh, Ministry Of youth affairs and sports organised the impactful “Meri Maati Mera Desh” program at Ranbirpur Panchayat.
    Distinguished guests including officers from the Indian Army, Deputy Director NYK Leh, and the Sarpanch of Ranbirpur Panchayat were present at the occasion. The event also witnessed enthusiastic participation from NYK volunteers, esteemed Army personnel, and Local people.
    During the event, the Deputy Director expressed profound gratitude to the Indian Army for their dedication and sacrifices in ensuring the safety and security of the nation and also shared about the importance of the Meri Matti Mera Desh Program.
    A symbolic Plantation Drive was organised, which aimed to nurture environmental consciousness among the participants. Additionally, a pledge was administered to all attendees, on Panch Pran.
    As an integral part of the program, soil “mitti” was collected from the village panchayat, which will be sent to Block level and then national Level.
