Property card distribution program under SVAMITVA scheme conducted at Halqa Panchayat Silmoo.

Kargil, January 18, 2025: A property card distribution program under the SVAMITVA Scheme was successfully conducted today at Halqa Panchayat Silmoo of Sodh Block under the chairmanship of Nambardar of the village Gh Mohd.
About 80 villagers participated in the program and keenly heard the presentation of the Block Development Officer, Sodh Block, Tsering Wangchok regarding the main purpose and objective of the scheme. He also spoke on the ongoing flagship schemes of RDD such as MGNREGA, SBM G, PMAY G.
The concerned Patwari of the Revenue Department also attended the program on SVAMITVA Scheme and delivered the main objective of the property card and distributed amongst the maximum of the participants.
Later, the Block Programme Manager, Zaira addressed the main objective of NRLM along with the process required for the new SHG members to set up under the mission and requested all the participants to come forward to get registered under the mission.
Before the conclusion of the program the Chairman, BDO and members of the village distributed 6-7 dust bins among the users and decided to further distribute the remaining well before the start of the Segregation Centre.
A medical team member also participated and carried out medical check-ups of about 50 villagers. Lastly, Basit Ali presented a vote of thanks to all participants and officials of other Departments for their cooperation and making the program successful.
