Sheep Husbandry Department Nubra Welcomes First District Sheep Husbandry Officer.
Nubra, August 24, 2026: The entire staff of the Sheep Husbandry Department, Nubra, along with Sh. Kunzang Lotus, Ex-Councillor, Hunder, accorded a warm and grand reception to Dr. Tsewang Morup, the newly appointed District Sheep Husbandry Officer, Nubra, at the Alpine Goat Farm, Hunder.
A cultural programme was also organised at the Alpine Goat Farm to express gratitude and extend a warm welcome to Dr. Tsewang Morup on assuming charge as the first-ever District Sheep Husbandry Officer of Nubra.
As part of his official engagements following his assumption of charge, Dr. Tsewang Morup also called on Sh. Mukul Beniwal, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Nubra, on August 24, 2026.
The occasion marked a new beginning for the Sheep Husbandry Department in Nubra, with the department team extending their best wishes to Dr. Tsewang Morup for a successful and fruitful tenure.
