    On 14th January 2026, the Sheep Husbandry Department, Nyoma, distributed a total of 2,074 quintals of pelleted feed at a 75% subsidised rate under the LAHDC, Leh scheme to herders of Tagazong, Chumur, Chumur TR, Korzok, Sumdo, Sumdo TR, and Angkung.
    The distribution also included milk replacers and feeding bottles to support livestock health and productivity.
    The programme was conducted in the presence of village representatives Nambardars and other local stakeholders, ensuring transparency and community participation in the welfare initiative.
