He was given a warm reception by Councillor Khaltse, Lobzang Sherap; BDC Saspol, Sarpanch Alchi, ADDC Leh, Sonam Norbo; SDM Liker, Dr. Sarwar Shahzad; Naveed Bhat, Tehsildar Saspol; Nambardar Alchi and villagers.
