Leh, May 30, 2026: In a vibrant display of civic responsibility and environmental stewardship, the students and staff of Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Housing Colony conducted a comprehensive cleanliness drive on May 30 within the school premises and its adjoining areas.
The initiative was organized under the banner of the Project Clean Leh Mission, aiming to promote hygiene, community health, and environmental awareness among the youth and local residents.
The drive was executed under the direct guidance and supervision of school’s Principal. Armed with cleaning equipment, participants actively collected waste, segregated garbage, and cleared litter, emphasizing the importance of keeping the surroundings clean and green.
