The 91st birth anniversary of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama was celebrated with great reverence and enthusiasm at Nyoma in the presence of dignitaries, officials, and members of the local community.
The programme was graced by Deputy Commissioner, Changthang, Sh. Nitish Rajora, IAS, as the Chief Guest, while Senior Superintendent of Police, Changthang, Sh. Syed Zaheer Abbas Jafari (JKPS), attended as the Guest of Honour.
Speaking on the occasion, the dignitaries highlighted the profound teachings of His Holiness and his unwavering commitment to promoting compassion, peace, non-violence, and harmony across the world.
