The District Institute of Education and Training Leh under the guidance of Esteemed Secretary School Education UT Ladakh Ms. Banu Prabha organised one day orientation program for Zonal and School Media coordinators of Leh District.
A one-day orientation programme organised for Schools and Zonal Media coordinators was successfully conducted at the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET)Leh, under the guidance of esteemed Secretary School education UT Ladakh, Ms. Banu Prabha with the objective of strengthening communication systems and ensuring the smooth and effective dissemination of educational initiatives.
The programme brought together media coordinators from various schools, along with Zonal media representatives and Media Representative from SED UT Ladakh Mr. Sajjad Bob, Media Coordinator from Directorate of School Education Ms. Karuna Chemat and Media coordinator of Chief Education Ms. Rinchen Dolma and Media coordinator DIET Leh Ms. Tsering Angmo.
The programme was graced by the presence of HOD DIET Leh, Smt. Sonam Lamo. The session were enriched by expert in the field of Media and communication, including the founder and video editor DD News Mr. Strantung Dorjey and The team Sringmo, Media production who provided valuable insights into content , photography and digital media handling.
Participants actively engaged in discussion and interactive sessions, gaining knowledge and strategies to enhance their role as Media coordinators. The participant exhibited great enthusiasm throughout the programme and actively engaged in learning nuances of photography while also developing a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a media coordinator. In the concluding segment, Ms. Tsering Angmo Media Coordinator DIET, Leh expressed heartfelt gratitude to the resource persons, expert and participants for their valuable contribution and active participation. She appreciated the enthusiasm and commitment displayed by the media coordinators and encourage them to carry forward the learning with dedication and innovation.
The programme concluded on an optimistic note, reaffirming a collective commitment to strengthening communication practices and promoting a more vibrant and transparent educational ecosystem in Leh District.
