Viksit Bharat Yatra reaches Salapi Panchayat Zanskar.

Kargil, Nov 22: Vikasit Bharat Yatra reached Salapi Panchayat today, to ensure saturation of flagship schemes of the government.
During the event, Block level officers of RD&PRD, Agriculture, Health, PHE, Handloom, FCS & CA, besides other line departments were present.
Day Nodel Officer Tsewang Younten briefed the participants on various beneficiary oriented schemes and highlighted the participant about the ideas behind VBSY.
During the event, Tsering Norboo SDAO Zanskar spoke at length about various schemes being implemented through the Agriculture Department.
Comprehensive health screening was conducted, including online registration of eligible beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat.
A total of 41 individuals were screened for NCD out of which seven were detected for HTN. Similarly, 15 individuals were screened for diabetes out of which four were detected for diabetes.
During the event, a total of nine golden cards were generated and distributed. One ABHA card was also issued to a beneficiary.
During the programme the Agriculture Department saturated e-kyc of beneficiaries under PM-KISAN and did Aadhar Seeding of 8 beneficiaries .
The camp also focused on mitigating all the issues related to eKYC to avail the financial incentive of all the ongoing schemes of various departments.
Besides that Muneer Rasul Wani (DPM) LRLM District Kargil along with the Sarpanch distributed bank passbooks to already formed four numbers of SHGs in Salapi Panchayat.
Sarpanch Salapi panchayat Stanzin Lhodan along with all the officers and officials of line department including Panchayat members as well as members of SHGs have enthusiastically welcomed the IEC van with traditional Khataks.
The Day Nodal Officer expressed gratitude to the participants for their enthusiastic participation and cooperation to realised the envisaged dream of Central Government.
