    1. Hospitality and Protocol Department

    Primary Responsibilities:

    – Official Courtesies:- Extending formal hospitality to State Guest dignitaries visiting the region
    – Protocol Arrangements:- Ensuring seamless execution of all protocol-related activities
    – Reception Services: –Managing welcome and reception of visiting dignitaries
    – Accommodation Coordination:- Arranging suitable lodging for official guests
    – Transportation Management:- Providing transportation services for dignitaries
    – Event Coordination:- Organizing and managing official events and functions

    ### Operational Framework:-
    All activities are conducted in accordance with established Government norms and procedures to maintain protocol standards.

    ## 2. Estate Department

     Primary Responsibilities:-
    – Property Management-: Oversight of Government residential and non-residential buildings
    – Maintenance Services:- Ensuring proper upkeep and maintenance of Government properties
    – Allotment Administration:- Managing the allocation of Government accommodation
    – Building Management:- Supervision of all Government-owned buildings and properties

    ### Key Function:-
    Providing suitable Government accommodation to officers and officials deputed to the UT of Ladakh, ensuring their smooth relocation and settlement.

    ## Interdepartmental Coordination
    Both departments work collaboratively to ensure:
    – Seamless hospitality services for official guests
    – Proper accommodation facilities for Government personnel
    – Compliance with established administrative procedures
    – Efficient resource utilization
